a Foxy pattern review

Along with the rest of the world, my 2 year old, Scarlet, is obsessed with “what does the fox say.”  So, when I saw that this darling etsy shop had a fox pattern, I thought I’d give it a whirl.

Made it.

Loved it.

Scarlet loves it.

It’s easy.

So, I thought I’d share it.

I’ve made a couple of ‘softie’ type animals, a witch once for Halloween, and I have to say, making little tiny things, and stuffing little tiny things is painful.  BUT…this project was not!  The step-by-step instructions were great, very easy to understand, and very do-able, I’d say even for a beginner.  She also gives opportunities to easily embellish and make your creation your own…

and even though my little foxes are pretty stinkin’ cute, she has a ton of other patterns that I just want to look at all day.  I’m dying to make them!  The Superhero Pattern, the Little Red Riding Hood Doll are my favorites and the Snow Sisters Pattern….really, Scarlet is also obsessed with Anna and Elsa, so how can I not try that pattern out!

Anyway, this is just an honest-to-goodness, no payment involved, and of no benefit to me little commercial for Dolls and Daydreams.  BUT I did ask her if she’d be willing to giveaway one of her Darling Fox PDF’s!  (and she said yes!)

All you have to do to enter is to like DollsAndDayDreams on Facebook…check out their shop and enter!
