DIY JCrew Knockoff: Stripe Relay Dress

DIY JCrew Knockoff: Stripe Relay Dress

Here is the second everyday dress pattern I made last week.
I LOVE how it turned out, and so does Emily.
When she saw it, her whole face lit up.  So fun.
I wish I could say that I designed it, but no, it is a knockoff of this dress from JCrew.
It was really fun and simple to sew, too.
After researching for hours and hours (I don’t have PhotoShop CS5), I finally figured out how to create a digital pattern PDF download for you!
It is only in size 5, but it would probably fit a 4 year old too.
With just minor adjustments, you could make it work for a 3 or 6-7 year old.  It is a shorter dress, made to go with leggings, so feel free to add some length to the hem if you choose.
Here is my pattern! (Scribd) or here (Google Docs)
(This is a proud moment for me…I feel so professional!)
